In most circumstances, CCI hardware can be purchased without PANIC approval. PANIC will still need to install and setup the hardware, however, so we do request notification prior to purchase.

Other small peripherals such as keyboards, mice, and displays do not require PANIC approval, however PANIC will gladly provide recommendations or actually purchase the item(s) for you with an account number.

PANIC does request that faculty, staff, and research groups coordinate other purchases, such as internally-installed components (drives, RAM upgrades, etc), with us to ensure that the purchase will work with the PC in question.
